Waivers

Please click on the waiver you require, then print it off, and bring with you the day of the ride, or mail in with your registration.

1.) Waiver over 18 years of age

2.) Waiver under 18 years of age

Whinny Acres takes as many precautions as possible, and continually test our horses to ensure safety. We do not sell our proven horses.

However, before any man, woman or child is allowed to ride a horse, or enter the barn yard, a waiver is required to be signed to acknowledge that there is a danger around horses, as they are animals and they can be frightened by unexpected loud noises or unexpected animals or machinery jumping out in front of them.
