Lasting memories, genuine western hospitality, and endless horse
trails await guests at Whinny Acres. Serving guests since
2001, we pride ourselves on providing a high level of personalized
service;
clean, comfortable accommodations; and the most diverse and
scenic
trail rides available. Ride from our farm or trailer a few
short minutes from the farm to reach over 100 miles of trail.
Our area
offers the winding Saugeen River, Lakes, Valleys, Hilltops,
and wildlife. Maps of Trails are available for all campers
Equestrian Campground
Hot shower, toilets, swimming pool, hot tub, outdoor arena,
and cookhouse available when staying at the farm. Our equestrian
trails leave directly from the campground and vary from 1
hour to 8
hour loops.
Our trail terrain is moderate rolling hills, easement roads,
rail trail, and county conservations laid with ¾” stones
on heavily traveled trails, with River crossings, Black Lake
for swimming with
your horse. Terrain is suitable for beginner to intermediate
riders, and enjoyed by competitive riders for training horses.
Hook Up Sites – Four (4) sites available 2008 with water and
electric hook up.

Primitive Camping - Tent and self contained RV sites available

Stall Rental
:
Outdoor stall (10'X10') - $7 per horse / per night
Box stall (10'x10') - $10 per horse / per night

Outdoor stalls have sand available for bedding & clean up at no cost.
The Bunkhouse - (sleeps 4)
Located in the pines, these units come with four beds
propane BBQ and use of outdoor stalls, outdoor arena, swimming pool,
hot
tub, cook house, hot shower
and toilets.
